Is Verbatim Languages an ISO-certified translation company?
Yes. Verbatim Languages is certified to ISO 17100:2015, the international standard for translation services, and ISO 13611:2024, the international standard for community interpreting. ISO 17100 governs translator qualifications, the translate-revise-review process, and project traceability. ISO 13611 sets requirements for interpreters working in legal, medical, educational, and social-service settings, including sign language. Both certifications are independently audited. Verbatim is also a member of the American Translators Association and the Better Business Bureau.
Do you rent simultaneous interpretation equipment for conferences in Orlando?
Yes. Verbatim Languages rents simultaneous interpretation equipment for conferences, conventions, and corporate meetings in Orlando and nationwide, including wireless transmitters and receivers, attendee headsets, interpreter microphones, and tabletop or full-size soundproof booths. Our in-house technicians deliver, set up, and operate the system on site for the duration of your event.
Can you provide a Spanish interpreter for a USCIS interview in Florida?
Yes. Verbatim Languages provides Spanish interpreters, and interpreters in other languages, for USCIS interviews, including naturalization, adjustment-of-status (green card), and asylum interviews. Interpreters are available in person at the Orlando USCIS field office and remotely by phone or video where USCIS permits. We can also provide certified English translations of your supporting documents, such as birth and marriage certificates, from the same team.
